All Products supplied by ASPL as part of this proposal is warranted for 12 months from the date of installation. Warranty covers free rectification of bugs, if any. Warranty maintenance will be restricted to restoring the system back to normal operation for the proposed system. After completion of warranty period, the AMC would fall due.
The delivery will start within 7 working days after getting 60% advance payment. Implementation of the order shall commence within 3 days of the buyer confirming the readiness of hardware and operating system.
The following services will be provided by the ASPL during the AMC period:
The software product and all intellectual property rights in the software being discussed in this proposal are owned by ASPL. The Software Product HRMS is licensed for use only in the buyer's predetermined office. The buyer will not transfer the usage to any other company or person without written permission from ASPL.
The intellectual property rights of the software customized or otherwise remains with ASPL. Misuse of the software product or copying the same without prior permission is liable for legal action and termination of warranty.
Innoevent shall ASPL be liable to buyer for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages including without limitation damages or loss, for loss profit, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute goods, technology or services or torn damages what so ever or howsoever caused under any cause of action arising directly or indirectly in connection with this license agreement, the license of the product, its use of the product or otherwise
